    Dear WHS Parents/Guardians:

    Schools in New Jersey are required to conduct security drills once a month during the school year.The law requires school districts to notify students, staff, and parents when a school security drill is conducted during the school day. Additionally, students and staff are notified at the conclusion of the drill that it was just a drill and that no danger exists.

    This email is to notify you that Whitehouse School held a security drill at approximately 12:50 PM today.The routine security drill went smoothly.

    NEW! We are Cubs of Character!!! - June is helpfulness month at Whitehouse School.  We are focusing on ways that students can be helpful in school, at home, and in the community.  Please continue to discuss acts of good character with your child as he/she earns your permission to shade in pieces from his/her bucket filler puzzle.  Your child has already received a copy, but you can click here to download another copy of the Helpfulness bucket.

    Board of Education Member Vacancy - The Readington Township Board of Education is seeking a township resident to fill a board member seat which was recently vacated.  Interested parties should send a letter of interest and resume to Jason Bohm, Board Administrator/Board Secretary, c/o Readington Township Board of Education, P.O.     School Supplies for 2025/2026 School Year! - The 2025-2026 School Supply Kits are now available to order!!  The sale will be open through the end of June and the kits will be delivered directly to your child's school before September and will be ready when they arrive in their new class!  Click here for kit options at each school.

    HSA Scholarship - The Readington Township Home School Association (H.S.A.) is accepting applications from high school seniors and college students for our Annual Scholarship Awards for the upcoming (2025-6) school year! A total of $2,000 in scholarships will be awarded to former Readington Township students this year.     Third Grade Skating Night - Join us for a fun-filled 3rd grade skating night at Frenchtown Roller Rink on June 9th from 6-8pm!  We can’t wait to see you there and make some unforgettable memories!

    WHS BLOCK PARTY - What a great night at the Block Party!!  Thank you so much to the Harlem Wizards for being there to help us dedicate the Gaga Pit, Scout Troop 288 for volunteers during the event, all the parent volunteers and especially our block party chairs Sarah Marcucci and Laura Terranova! 

    WHS FIELD DAY 2025 - We are so excited for WHS Field Day 2025!!  Field Day is historically a day of outdoor fun, laughs, and making the best memories with our WHS friends!  We need Parent Volunteers to help make this day successful and safe for our kids.  Please find the link below to sign up to volunteer...There are lots of opportunities to set up for field day, help run a field day station, and get soaked in the dunk tank!     WHS Wet & Mild Day - Back by popular demand, the HSA is proud to sponsor another wonderful GIVEBACK for our Whitehouse School Students on Friday, June 13th (Rain Date: Wednesday, June 18th).  This year we will have not one but TWO water inflatables with one being an 18' slide and another being a dual lane inflatable slip and slide.  We will also have a sprinkler and some fun water play with tables, etc.  The kids are going to have an absolute blast courtesy of our HSA and Bouncin' Blast rentals.  

    Your children are in for a real treat because after they get Wet, they'll be able to enjoy a cup of Ritas.  

    Please make sure that you send in a bathing suit, a towel and a change of clothes in a bag with your child's name on it.
