    New! Message from Readington Police about Road Closures -To the parents who may be dropping off or picking up their children – Please be advised that Pulaski Road is closed in the area of mailbox 27 & 29. Detour signs have been posted and traffic is being diverted to 42nd Street, CR-620 (Readington Road) and Kosciuszko Road. A timeline for the opening of the roadway has not been provided.

    New! Preschool Bus Aides Needed -The Readington Township School District is seeking applicants to fill positions for preschool bus aides.  Responsibilities include riding the PreK-3 buses in the afternoon to ensure preschool student safety.  The hours are from 3:35-4:35 daily. Job sharing and flexible days are possible. This is a perfect position for preschool parents who wish to contribute to the school community.

    Spirit Wear- Get into the School Spirit!  Readington H.S.A. Spirit Wear is now on sale. There are updated designs with pricing starting at just $15. We are excited for our new district-wide option showing all four schools on one shirt. Shop now before the store closes on September 11th! When placing orders, choose "pick up" delivery option at checkout and items will be shipped free of charge to your child's school and sent home with them.

    Parent Survey - The HSA values your opinion!  We have put together a survey for the 2023-2024 school year families.  Please fill out the survey HERE to help us understand how we are doing, what can be improved on and any new ideas you may have. We welcome all negative as well as positive feedback and are excited to hear what you want to say!  Please have all surveys in by August 31st so we can review and implement any changes and ideas needed.  As always, everyone is welcome to send an email to readingtonschoolshsa@gmail.com with any questions and concerns.  We would also love to see everyone attend our 3 business meetings in October, January and May! 

    Incoming Kindergarten Families - You are invited to join us for a Kindergarten meet up at Pickell Park on Tuesday, September 3 from 6:30-7:30pm.  This will be an excellent opportunity for families and children to meet and chat with one another, play and do some fun activities.  We have some exciting things planned and will also be kicking off our Cubby the Bear Mascot Stuff a Plush Kits Sale. 

    Cubby the Bear Mascot Stuff-A-Mascot Plush Kit Sale - We are excited to offer the students the opportunity to have their very own Cubby the Bear mascot! The cuddly mascots are being brought to us by Cuddly Construction of Bridgewater.  The 16" plush bear comes unstuffed with its very own WHS Cubs t-shirt. The Plush kit includes a package of stuffing, a birth certificate, a heart to make a wish, instructions and a coupon to shop at the Cuddly Construction store or host a future party.  Plush kits will be sent home via backpack with your child approximately 3 weeks from the closing date of the sale on September 11.  Click the link below for more information and to purchase your kit.
