Dear Whitehouse Cubs,
Welcome to third grade! I am so excited to be your teacher and have you in my class this year. I hope you and your family had an amazing summer full of fun. The best part of my summer was reading new books and playing pickleball with friends. I can’t wait to learn more about each of you!
We are going to be learning so much together this year. This is my first year at Whitehouse School and my second year as a teacher. I look forward to building our classroom family and joining your school community. We will work together on your reading skills as you improve your fluency and comprehension. We will learn about various types of writing and practice cursive penmanship. We will master multiplication and division and build confidence in solving multi-step problems. We will work through exciting experiments by testing our theories. You will explore the history and current state of our community.
My goal is to create a positive, engaging, and supportive learning environment where each of you feels inspired to reach your full potential. It’s going to be a great year full of new friends, new adventures, and new discoveries. I am looking forward to meeting all of you on the first day of school. Here’s to an amazing school year ahead!
