2022 Noetic Math Contest
The Noetic Learning Math Contest is a national mathematics contest for elementary and middle school students. The goal of the competition is to encourage students' interest in math, develop their problem-solving skills, and inspire them to excel in math. The contest runs twice a year with competitions in both fall and spring.
Fall Competition Sign-Up will occur during Discover Lab classes later in September.
2020 Noetic Math competition
Congratulations to our competition winners Xia and Michael
Xia earned the title of team winner for the 4th-grade team, the Math π-rates, while the fifth-grade team, the π-thons, winner was Michael. Michael was also honored with a medal for earning a place on the National Honor Roll. This title is awarded to the top 10% of participating mathletes in the country. Way to go, Michael!
The Noetic Learning Math Contest is a national mathematics contest for elementary and middle school students. The goal of the competition is to encourage students' interest in math, to develop their problem-solving skills, and to inspire them to excel in math. More than 26,000 students representing 559 schools across the country took part in the contest.
HBS is also proud to have 12 students who received National Honorable Mention certificates and ribbons. Congratulations to the 6 fifth grade students and 6 fourth grade students who earned National Honorable mention. We are so proud of all of our mathletes for taking part in the competition!
