    2020-2021 Revised District Calendar - The revised 2020-2021 District Calendar was approved at last night’s BOE meeting and has been posted to the district website. To access, please click here.  Please note schools are now closed on May 28, 2021/snow contingency day.   The last day of school remains as Friday, June 18, 2021.

    Spring Sports - Please join the RABC (Readington Athletic Booster Club) in supporting our local restaurants with a Dine Around on THURSDAY, May 13th.  Dine in or take out.  It’s up to you.  Each restaurant will donate a portion of the proceeds back to the RABC.  The participating restaurants are:

    School COVID Related Information - Please click here for important updated Covid information.  Please visit the Health Office website for additional COVID health information. If you keep your child home for any reason on a scheduled school day, you must complete the Covid Assurance Form by 7AM, and notify the school office at 534-2113, prompt #1. The health and safety of our students and staff continue to be our first priority.  Please continue to follow strict health and safety guidelines. The daily screening forms are very important for each school to monitor the health and safety of all students, staff, and faculty.     RMS Student Council News - Congratulations to the RMS Student Council for receiving the 2021 Honor School Award from the New Jersey Association of Student Councils!  This award recognizes the accumulated years that a New Jersey school follows criteria recognized by NJASC as being important for developing and maintaining a successful Student Council program.  This is the fourth year the RMS Student Council has won this award.  Go Vikings!

    Honor Your Graduating 8th GraderIt's been a memorable three years!  Honor your graduating 8th grader with a book donated to the RMS Library Media Center in their name. We'll include a nameplate on the inside cover of the book proclaiming "I was here first!"  We will also include a star with their name  in the LMC--a lasting and visible tribute! It's easy!  Just visit the RMS Adopt-a-Book Wish List on Amazon to send a book directly to RMS.   Contact Mrs. Singer or view the webpage for more information.  PLEASE-include your child's name when the book is sent to Mrs. Singer, so that the book can honor the correct student.

    Face Covering Reminder - Please note page 6 of the Readington Ready Plan states that all staff and visitors will be required to wear face coverings at all times.  Therefore, face coverings must be worn indoors and outdoors during parent drop-off or parent pick-up.  Visitors are required to wear face coverings at all times while on school property.  As a school community, we must be vigilant in adhering to this requirement.

    i-Ready Diagnostic Information - Students in grades Kindergarten through Eighth Grade will be taking the second i-Ready Math Diagnostic within the next several weeks. Your child's teacher will provide you with the specific dates for their class.     H.S.A. Grab n Go Meal Fundraiser Pick Up tonight! - Pick up is at Holland Brook School today, Wednesday, April 21, from 4 to 5:30 p.m.   Qcrew BBQ is donating 15% of your order back to the Readington HSA.
     
    H.S.A. Socially Distant Basket Auction was a huge success!  Thank you to all who came out in support of the H.S.A.  Special thanks to Lindsay Salaj, chair of the event, who gave so much of her time and talents to pull this event together!
     
    Open Positions -  H.S.A. Executive Committee and Event Chairs - Consider becoming a part of the Readington H.S.A.! The H.S.A. is seeking volunteers for the following positions: Vice President, HBS VP (2 openings), RMS  VP (1 opening), TBS VP (2 openings), and Diversity and Inclusion Coordinator (1 opening).     The Activist Art Exhibition - Calling all artists, activists, and nature lovers! The Activist Art Exhibition is on now. As we all prepare to celebrate Earth Day, we invite you to create art that inspires action to make our school community (and the planet!) a healthy, happy, equitable place to be.
