The Readington Township School District wants to keep our school community up-to-date in the event that we need to delay the opening of schools, dismiss schools early, or a school closure occurs.  The primary means to do this is by using an automated program called With SchoolMessenger, we can call your home phone and/or cell phone, text your cell phone, or email you whenever there is a school delay, early dismissal, or closure.

Contact information for SchoolMessenger comes from Genesis, our student information system.  A test of our SchoolMessenger system occurs each fall.  Please keep the contact information in the Genesis Parent Portal up-to-date at all times.  Parents/Guardians may update certain information via the Genesis Parent Portal.  If there is additional information that needs to be updated, please contact your school front office.

Please note: We have two snow contingency days built in our district school calendar; Monday, March 18, and Tuesday, May 28.  If a third snow day is needed, it will be a day of virtual instruction.  Please click here to view the district calendar.
