Current School Year: 2026-2027

To register your child/children for the Readington Township Public School District for the current 2026-2027 school year, please follow the instructions below:

Preschool Costs: The district is pleased to offer these full-day programs at no cost to parents who live in Readington Township.

Preschool Eligibility: To be eligible to enter Preschool in September 2026, your child must be three years of age on or before October 1, 2026.

Kindergarten Eligibility: To be eligible to enter Kindergarten in September 2026, your child must be five years of age on or before October 1, 2026.

Who is required to register?  Students who will be entering any of the Readington Schools or the Readington-funded preschools (in-district and private providers) for the first time must register. Any child already enrolled in the district (preschool, kindergarten, and/or first grade) does not need to register again. We will automatically promote your child to the next grade.

Medication Request Form:  There is an important update to our district's medication procedures. Effective immediately, all medications administered during the school day - including over-the-counter (OTC) medications - now require a written medical order from a physician or nurse practitioner. This change aligns with requirements set forth by the New Jersey Department of Education and the New Jersey Board of Nursing. Please click here to print the Medication Request Form.

Please note that a new form must be submitted each school year. Please click the link below to access a letter from our Director of Pupil Services that explains this change in detail, including a link to the district medication request form.
