Board Member Earns NJSBA Master Board Member Certification

The Readington Township School District recognized Mrs. Elizabeth Fiore at their September 30, 2025 Board of Education meeting for receiving the New Jersey School Boards Association Master Board Member Certification. The NJSBA Master Board Member (MBM) is an individual who has achieved the third level of individual certification through the Board Member Academy. The Master Board Member requirements include: Earn a total of 40 cumulative Board Member Academy credits, attend at least eight county meetings, attend at least two NJSBA delegate assemblies, attend two annual NJSBA workshops, attend at least three statewide or regional professional development programs, may not have been judged to have violated the School Ethics Act (as determined by NJSBA) and pass an examination covering board responsibilities or submit a portfolio.

The Readington Township School District is extremely proud of Mrs. Fiore for obtaining this certification and recognizes her for this outstanding accomplishment. Mrs. Fiore has been a board member for the Readington Township School District since January 2021. Mrs. Fiore is currently the Chair of the Readington Board of Education Education/Technology and Green Committees, a member of the Policy/Communications Committee, and the NJ School Boards Association Board of Directors Alternate Delegate for Hunterdon County.
