    TBS will be collecting Halloween Candy to donate. Each day, the candy will be weighed by homeroom. The class with the most weight in donations will win an extra recess period. Click above for more details.

    Parent/Teacher Conferences - Parent/Teacher Conferences are scheduled for November 1 - 3 with evening conferences being held on November 1.  These will be Early Dismissal Days for all students. The Parent Portal will open in Genesis on Thursday, October 21 for you to schedule a conference with your child's teacher.  The window will remain open until Friday, October 29 at 8:00 a.m.

    World Kindness Day Celebration at TBS.

    Hello TBS Families, 
    We will be celebrating World Kindness Day on Friday, November 12th. Students are asked to wear bright-colored clothes to school on November 12th to show that they are kind students. We will also be having a kindness door decorating activity on Friday, November 12th. Each classroom teacher will decorate their door (with the help of the entire class). The activity will promote kindness everywhere.
     
    Students: Please send in any supplies to your teacher you would like to share to help decorate the door.
    Suggestions: garland, colored paper, tissue paper, streamers, pictures, word art, etc. - Be creative!

    Red Ribbon Week - October 25-29 is Red Ribbon Week at TBS.  

    More then 100,000 schools and organizations throughout the US celebrate Red Ribbon Week each October. To recognize this week, Three Bridges will have  a "Wear all Red Day" on Thursday    October 28th , and  students will get  red ribbons to wear to say we  make healthy choices and say no to bad choices.  It will be a fun week.

    Virtual Homework Help

    Great news! Three Bridges School is offering free homework help beginning Monday, October 18, 2021. Your child may log on using a link provided on our website to meet with a teacher who can help complete the night’s homework.

    Each day, there will be two links - one link for Kindergarten & Grade 1, and another for Grades 2 & 3.  Your child just needs to click the link and help will be there.

    The schedule will be posted on the school’s website homepage. Sessions will begin at 4:30 pm or later.

     

    Violence Prevention Week

    October 18th-22nd  2021

    Each year schools across the state recognize violence prevention week. This Year at TBS students will  learn about being a caring friend, what to do if someone is teasing us, and  making healthy choices.  We will do  a lot  of fun activities to promote a bully free school.

    We will have a wear something purple on October 20th- wear purple as a reminder that we use safe ways to solve our problems then to hurt each other with our words and hands.

    Thursday October 21st is Turn your  Back on Bullies day. We will wear our shirts backwards to show we turn our backs on bullies and we use kind words and actions at TBS.

    Attention 3rd grade parents : 
    The Child Prevention Program offers developmentally appropriate strategies to prevent violence and maximize safety in the school and community.     Weekly Math Challenges for 2nd and 3rd Graders
     
    Does your child need an extra challenge?  Starting Friday, October 15th, Weekly Math Challenges will be posted on The Weekly Math Challenge Google Classroom for your child to complete! Every Friday for 10 weeks your child will have an opportunity to think critically and logically while they solve these challenging math problems.  This is an optional Enrichment Program for grades 2 and 3.  If your child is interested, there is a sign up sheet in their classroom.  If you have any questions please contact Mrs. Breckinridge lbreckinridge@readington.k12.nj.us
